The "Land-only" option means that you are responsible for your air transportation. It will be up to you to arrange to either arrive at the Budapest airport at the same time as the group or arrange to meet us at the hotel in Budapest for the Welcome Dinner.
Currently, our schedule is to fly from Miami to Budapest on July 1st and return from Prague to Miami on July 10th.
Some may want to arrange their own airfare in order to extend their stay in Europe.

We have indicated Land Only, which supposes we book, paymour air tickets separately. Because Airlines only confirm bookings about 11 months prior, this leaves us in a considerable "SUSPENCE" over final decision.
Question: How late can we Opt back IN to the Air/ Full package? Bob Buhl

You will have until January to decide land-only vs full trip.
Keep in mind that if you book your own travel, I don't believe that it is coveraged by the insurance.

When will we know when the TOUR flights arrive in Budapest and depart from Prague? This will help us decide whether to take the tour flights out of Miami or book our own flights out of West Palm Beach. Linda & Harvey Fields

The airline prices are not available until 11 months prior to departure, which would mean August 1st for our trip. So, I suspect that sometime in August we will know the airline and the particulars about departure times, etc.
