How do we sign up for the Premium insurance? The attached pdf's will not open or download. When i click on it, a message comes up that says, "Guests do not have access to download attachments. Please log in and try again.". How can we get a copy of this of the information?

The links have been fixed so you can download the documents without having to register on the site and create a login. I have also added the Travel Protection Form, which you will fill out to get the insurance.

I want to purchase the Premium Insurance for me and for my daughter. Do I fill out two forms? Do I send them directly to MCI?

Does the premium travel insurance cover missed connection, baggage delay or lost baggage, etc. if we are doing the Land-Only option with different flights than the group? Should Land-Only folks purchase their own travel insurance separately?
